Over a two-decade career at Edelman, Kaylene advised global brands and institutions including American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Amgen, and Pfizer. She led integrated teams responsible for complex, multi-market programs spanning creator engagement, corporate and employee communications, brand storytelling, crisis preparedness, and executive visibility. Her work often required coordinating cross-disciplinary teams across markets, time zones, and languages while ensuring programs remained tightly aligned to client strategy and business objectives.
Kaylene is particularly known for building the operational systems that enable complex programs to scale. She designed and operationalized a global creator vetting program that brought together nearly 90 specialists across 26 offices and 16 languages — establishing governance frameworks, workflows, and accountability structures that allowed creative programs to operate confidently in highly scrutinized environments.
