Jeannine is a seasoned strategic communications leader recognized for her ability to shape compelling narratives and drive transformation across multiple industries. Noted for her leadership in global communications and reputation management, Jeannine excels at integrating business operations with innovative storytelling, fostering both engagement and executive alignment around key business initiatives.
As Chief Communications Officer at both Coupa and Thomson Reuters, she helped shape the companies’ reputation, sharpened the approach to thought leadership, and elevated enterprise and product stories.
Jeannine has also guided communication at Dayforce, 3M, and Target, driving internal and external strategies during pivotal moments. She has led global teams for much of her career and has managed communications addressing cybersecurity threats, M&A, global restructuring, mission/vision/value launches, and multiple organizational transformations.
Jeannine is a member of the boards of the Minnesota Orchestra and Penumbra Theatre. She holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
